From a young age, Jesse has been captivated by the rhythm, movement, and expression that dance brings to her life. With over 20 years of experience in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Musical Theater, Contemporary and Modern dance, Jesse has honed her skills to become a tap teacher for her first year at DU, inspiring students of all ages to explore the world of tap dance.

Jesse comes to Dance Unlimited from the Oregon coast where she studied and mastered dance of all genres. She took her training even further through acting in local theater, specialty training and competitions with LA Dance Force, and teaching contemporary dance at the University Of The Nations in Kona, Hawaii. 

From there, Jesse got to sail ships to small islands in the Pacific where language was a major barrier, but used DANCE as the universal language and a main way of communicating. Jess got to learn the island dances during her months on the island as well as teach them new styles along the way.

When Jesse isn’t Dancing, she’s traveling and spending time with her family. She hopes that in the years to come, she can share her training and joy for tap with all of Idaho! Her goal is to bring fresh challenges and technique, as well as spark a new wave of passion for the LOVE of tap!
