Flynn Ericson

She continued to train there while attending New Mexico School for the Arts for high school, expanding her experience with ballet, jazz, contemporary, and modern techniques. She supplemented her instruction by attending accredited summer intensives such as San Francisco Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, School of American Ballet, and Ballet West. After graduating high school, she joined Ballet Idaho’s trainee program where she had the opportunity to perform works by George Balanchine, FLOCK, and Lauren Edson among others. Flynn is now a company artist with Ballet Idaho and going on her third season in the company. She and collaborator Amy Novak choreographed a piece which premiered with Ballet Spartanburg in the spring of 2024, and she continues to explore both joint and personal choreographic endeavors. Flynn has been assisting and teaching ballet and contemporary since high school.
