Our New Teachers … Take Two

Did we mention that we think we have the best teachers around? Well, we do! Here’s a little detail about two more of our new teachers this year. 

Aria Faddis teaches ballet for us. She is a Boise native who graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance with an emphasis in teaching. She started dancing when she was 13, and has had the opportunity to work with choreographers from all over the U.S. Aria has experience in multiple styles of ance including ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, and musical theatre.

Jamie Zollinger teaches ballet for us as well. She grew up in Pasco, WA and started her training in ballet at the age of 3. Her first two years after high school were spent training at Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle as a part of their professional division. She spent a year dancing with Los Angeles ballet, and then joined Ballet West in Salt Lake City, where she spent the past eight years of her career. While with Ballet West she performed in theaters across the U.S. She has discovered a love for teaching over the past few summers, and has taught for schools in Salt Lake City. She is excited to pass on the knowledge and passion she has gained from the many great teachers and choreographers she’s had throughout her career.
