Malorie Allred

Malorie started dance training at the age of four at the nationally ranked studio, Dance Impressions in Bountiful, Utah. She has been trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and hip- hop. She competed all around the country winning national awards at New York City Dance Alliance, LA Dance Magic, West Coast Dance Explosion, and Spotlight Dance Cup. In 2007 she was chosen as a New York City Dance Alliance Outstanding Dancer and traveled to New York to train with Mia Michaels, Joe Lanteri, Andy Blankenbuehler, Duncan Cooper, Joey Dowling, Suzi Taylor, the Radio City Rockettes, and many other incredible choreographers. 

She was a member of the Bountiful High School Drill Team and Dance and served as dance captain her senior year. She was also chosen as a member of the All-State Drill Team, Academic All-State, and Dance Sterling Scholar at the regional level. After high school she began to assistant coach, then co-coach the nationally ranked drill team and helped lead the team to four state titles. 

Malorie was a Jazz Dancer for the Utah Jazz (NBA) for six years. She was able to work alongside some amazing dancers and choreographers as well as choreograph for the team herself. She was also able to travel with the NBA to dance in Madrid, London, and Shanghai participating in NBA events as well as a nationally broadcast sports celebration in China. 

Malorie also has a love for fitness. She attended the University of Utah studying Exercise Science and was also certified as an ACE Personal Trainer. Because of her background and knowledge in fitness, she has been able to help many dancers excel in their strength and flexibility. 

Malorie has been teaching dance to all ages and levels for over 12 years. She also enjoys choreographing and travels to Ohio and Utah every summer to choreograph for different studios. Her choreography has won numerous overall awards at local and national competitions. 

In her personal life, Malorie has been happily married for 8 years and has a very sassy, independent little girl named Reagan. They just recently moved to the Boise area and are excited for their new adventure to begin.
