Amanda Freter

Born and raised in Boise ID, Amanda began dancing when she was just 2 years old, and has been involved in competition dance since the age of 6, studying tap, jazz, ballet, and lyrical for 15+ years and traveling to competitions around the north west.  Amanda started coaching cheer and dance for the Meridian school district in 2007 and took Borah High School to its First Co-ed State championship in pom, stunt and show routines in 2013.  She then went on to coach Rocky Mountain's varsity cheer team, who won Grand Champions at the Dance and Cheer Classic in San Diego California.  Amanda is a certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor with extensive training through The Acrobatic Arts Program.  Amanda has experience teaching a wide variety of students of all ages, and enjoys sharing her passion for dance and movement.  When Amanda is not teaching, she enjoys spending time out doors with her husband and 3 children.
